2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 342, 323, 307, 372, 435, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner along with accused persons brutally assaulted the father of the informant, as a result of which the father of the informant got head injury. Thereafter, informant in injured condition took his father to P.H.C. Khizersarai from where he has been referred to ANMCH, Gaya and during the course of treatment, the father of the informant died.

4. It is submitted that as a matter of fact, altercation took place between the parties over use of Gair Majrua land and in this regard, petitioner filed Khizersarai P.S. Case No.57 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59289 of 2021(3) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 2021 against the informant and others. Allegation of assault is vague and not specific.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is named in F.I.R. with specific accusation that she with the help of other accused persons assaulted the deceased persons, the prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) sanjeev/- U T
