JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he was caught by the police.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 68 of 2015.
