The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 137/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/504/506/307/ of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against one Nirmal Kumar and not these petitioners. There is history of land dispute between the parties. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be
