The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 137/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/504/506/307/ of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against one Nirmal Kumar and not these petitioners. There is history of land dispute between the parties.
