JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Four kg Cannabis plants are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.06.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with N.D.P.S No. 01 of 2015 arising out of Sheikhpura P.S.Case No. 62 of 2014.
