Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 308, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 231 of 2020.

As per allegation, nine accused persons attacked the

There is specific allegation against co-accused Gulab Kumar that he assaulted Ranjeet Kumar with butt of the pistol. Co-accused Manish Kumar assaulted Ranjeet Kumar with Garansa. The accused persons also assaulted Shashi Bhushan Kumar and Akhilesh Kumar with lathi and danda. Co-accused Abhishek @ Guddu Kumar snatched gold chain from the person of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the present petitioners. The allegation against them are general and omnibus. They are persons of clean antecedents. There is case and counter case and members of the defense side have also sustained injuries.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No. 231 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided
