In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014, registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 307, 333, 414, 467, 468, 471, 412, 413 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As it is a case of 2014 and the petitioner has approached this Court for anticipatory bail after five years, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider
