The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Chakand P.S. Case no. 89 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution case, there is recovery of illegal arms as apparent by the seizure list which annexed with the petition. Illegal arms country made musket rifle and country made pistol was recovered from the husk house which belongs to the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and
