The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 435 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and under Sections 13, 16, 18 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.10.2014, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Some extremists came and set ablaze the JCB machine and other articles of the company. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eleven

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43877 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Konch P.S.
