The petitioner is the husband who apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 295 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the petitioner is the husband who has the moral responsibility to protect his wife, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.
