2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the relief as claimed for the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Siwan which dated 05.06.2025 ( Annexure P-6) and the same continues to be pending. She further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued directing the District Magistrate, Siwan to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the

3. To the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondent- State does not have any objection.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer, made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Siwan to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.20205 ( Annexure-P-6) within four months from the date of production of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the District Magistrate, Siwan should be reasoned and speaking order. In case the final order passed by the District Magistrate, Siwan is against the petitioner, the petitioner will have the liberty to challenge the same afresh.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.A if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
