The challenge to the award dated 15.12.2015 passed by the Bihar Public Works Contract Disputes Arbitration Tribunal is required to be made by way of appropriate Civil Revision petition, however the petitioner has challenged the said award by way of the present writ petition, which is not maintainable.

In view of the provisions contained under the Bihar Public Works Contract Disputes Arbitration Tribunal, 2008, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present
