JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in compliance of the order dated 18.04.2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 5396 of 2024, the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 24.09.2024, however, since the claim of the petitioner has been rejected, the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the said order dated 24.09.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. The petition stands disposed off.
