2. The petitioner, apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 498A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., on 25.08.2017 at about 08:00 PM, the husband of the informant, petitioner and another accused person called the informant for compromise which was lodged prior to this case by the informant and when the informant went to the rented house of her husband, he asked her to put signature

No.54224 of 2024(5) dt.16-01-2025 2/3 on blank paper and when informant opposed, at the behest of this petitioner, her husband namely Manish Kumar inflicted iron rod blow on the head of informant causing open head injury. This petitioner started tightening dupatta on her neck and attacked upon her by phasul due to which she sustained cut injury on cheek and thereafter fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is first wife of Manish Kumar and Manish Kumar concealing this fact, solemnized marriage with this petitioner. Petitioner has no knowledge about his first marriage. To oust the petitioner from the house, the informant lodged the present case. The petitioner is a poor lady and has given birth to a child. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with
