This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 595 of 2017 for offences under Sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Mahua Flower Control Act, 2016.

Allegation, in brief, is that 42 bags of mahua flower, each containing 40 Kg, recovered from the poultry farm of one Abhay Kumar and it is alleged that this petitioner also used to do the illegal activities of dealing in mahua flower and foreign liquor. It is submitted that the recovery is not from the possession of the petitioner rather from the poultry farm of Abhay Kumar. Except raising suspicion against the petitioner, there is no other material and the petitioner is in custody since

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Masaurhi P.S.
