The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 109 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.
