The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 18, 20, 22, 25(A), 27(A), 29 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The police on information arrested Bhagwan Das, Shakti Kumar @ Pappu, Ramashish Kumar and Shiv Kumar Manjhi and from their possession opium power was recovered. The accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner as supplier but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Gaya, in Bodh-Gaya P.S.
