The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 325, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case that it is a case of assaulting due to which informant has sustained injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence and from perusal of the impugned order, there is no grievous injury in nature, Annexure-4 is injury report, which is

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (kusumbha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
