Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No.97 of 2017, registered under Sections 379/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner was found in possession of a stolen motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2017, he has clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Mithun Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
