The writ petition has been filed by the Association of the Bihar Anusachiviya Karmachari Sangh to command the respondents to .provide promotional avenues to the members of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11839 of 2005 (12) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 the petitioner's Association who were holding the posts of Accounts Clerk and working under the Directorate of Social Securities Labour Employment and Training Department, Government of Bihar. This was owing to non -framing of the rules governing their service conditions.

Mr. Kumar, draws attention of the Court to the relevant statements in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State respondents as also the order dated 16.9.2010 passed in the present proceeding, on perusal whereof, it appears the Court noticed that the primary relief prayed for in the writ application has already granted by the State inasmuch as the Rules have been framed. The matter was thereafter listed at different dates when this Court in the light of the submissions of the parties kept the matter alive to ensure furnishment of infrastructure. It has been stated at the Bar that the infrastructure required for the office of the Advocate General has been furnished.

In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the writ petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the present writ petition. The matter now need not be pursued further.

It is, accordingly, consigned.
