Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 504,506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The allegation of commission of firearm injury to the deceased is against co-accused Makhan Mandal and Gonar Mandal. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2017, he is order-giver.

Similarly situated co-accused Kaila Mandal @ Kailash Mandal was allowed bail in his second attempt vide Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18667 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) Police Station Case No.183 of 2017, S.T.No.118 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
