Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report with allegation that they assaulted the informant causing injury on his head but Annexure-3 series reveals that no injury was found on the head of the informant and moreover, the informant sustained simple injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. Admittedly, there is a case and counter case between the parties and it appears that both the parties sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence which occurred due to land dispute.
