JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 10-03-2022 The petitioner challenges the cancellation of his candidature for award of petrol pump retail outlet at the location in question.
At the outset, a query has been put to the counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation whether its internal Grievance Redressal Mechanism is functional, the answer is in the affirmative. He submits that in case the petitioner files a representation before the Grievance Redressal Forum, it shall be duly considered and a decision shall be taken thereon by passing

In case, such representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, we fix an outer limit of six weeks for the said Forum to take a decision. It goes without saying that no question of delay or laches shall be raised by the respondent Corporation. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforementioned terms.
