2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, on the fateful morning, when the informant's father forbade the accused persons from grazing his she- buffalo, whereupon the co-accused Sanjay Yadav assaulted the informant's father by means of iron rod, due to which he sustained fracture injury in his left hand. It is further alleged that the petitioner also assaulted the informant's father by means of Lathi over all the parts of his body leading to serious injuries.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner contended
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50666 of 2025(3) dt.04-11-2025 2/3 that specific allegation of causing fracture injury is attributed against co-accused Sanjay Yadav, who is said to be father of the petitioner; in fact, on account of free fight between the parties some unfortunate injuries resultantly took place. Moreover, the injuries, which is said to be grievous in nature is not attributed against the petitioner. The injuries which are allegedly attributed against the petitioner are not supported by the medical evidence. The petitioner is a man of tender age having fair antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the petitioner along with co-accused have brutally assaulted the father of the informant leading to grievous injuries.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the respective parties and taking note of the fact that the grievous injuries has been attributed against the co-accused, couple with the tender age of the petitioner and his fair antecedent, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Uda-Kishunganj, in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 186 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50666 of 2025(3) dt.04-11-2025 3/3 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, with further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner. (Harish Kumar, J) manish/- U
