The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No.400 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Sherghati, Gaya.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the exculpatory confession of the wife of the deceased before police that since she had love affairs with the petitioner, under the planning the petitioner finished her husband. There is no eyewitness of the occurrence and only material is suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8277 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 P2/ the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
