Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 13 of the Unlawful Activity Prevention Act.

Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The informant alleged that some leaflets were given to him to hand over the same to the owner of the Company. Name of the petitioners figured in the case on mere suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are in jail since 09.04.2015, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
