JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-11-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1,3 and 4 have been arrested and as such the anticipatory bail application against them has become infructuous, it is dismissed.

The petitioner no.2 is apprehending arrest in connection with Yogapatty P.S. Case No. 302 of 2020 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 384, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of fight because of lifting of ration. The allegation against the petitioner no. 2 is not serious.

No.5407 of 2021(2) dt.23-11-2021 2/2 In that view of the matter, let the petitioner no.2, namely, Rakesh Yadav, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Yogapatty P.S. Case No. 302 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
