The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused harvested opium plants on six bighas land but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the land in question does not belong to the petitioner and moreover, the name of the petitioner was disclosed by some persons whose names have not been disclosed by the informant in his written report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
