Mrs. Nivedita Nirvikar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a teacher and still working on the same post, but without any rhyme and reason, the petitioner is not being paid the honorarium to which the petitioner is entitled to as a teacher. She submits that there was some allegation of negligence in discharge of duty as BLO and she has been relieved from the responsibility of BLO. Referring to Annexure-5, she submits that the petitioner has already represented the Block Development Officer, Nabinagar,

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Block Development Officer, Nabinagar, Aurangabad to take a final decision on the representation of the petitioner contained in Annexure-5 and ensure payment of the admitted dues within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
