The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 153(b) of the Indian Penal Code and section 11(d)(e)(f) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and section 4 of BPCA Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle in which cattle was being transported, but he was not aware of the nature of consignment as the vehicle was being driven by the driver and without his consent and knowledge, the vehicle was used by the petitioner for transporting cattle. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be
