The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 241 of 2022 arising out of Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 606 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 307, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Two persons including the petitioner are said to have opened fire as a result of which the victim received injury in his mouth.

The occurrence took place at the time of boarding a boat for crossing the river.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the the fact that in this case, charges have been framed and no witness uptill now

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50099 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 has been examined even when the petitioner has remained in custody since 02.11.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 606 of 2021.
