That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the respondent / respondents authorities for removal of

It is also prayed for a direction to the respondent authorities to ensure the stoppage of construction work over the public road partially donated by the petitioner and it is one and single entrance and exit road for the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
