No doubt, petitioners carry criminal antecedent but taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Sanjay Rai has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 400 of 2014.
