Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No.12 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 186 and 187 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against large number of people having no specific allegation against the petitioner, only it is alleged that overloaded truck was allowed to be escaped away by the petitioner and others.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Bhavesh Thakur @ Bhavesh Kumar Thakur is

No.10995 of 2018(2) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S.
