The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 375 of 2021 dated 03.09.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

195.00 liters of liquor has been recovered from public carriage/bus which was being driven by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the consignment of liquor may have been loaded on the vehicle by one of the passengers of the vehicle.
