The present restoration petition has been filed to restore another restoration petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 2691 of 2015, which stood dismissed on 31-08-2016, due to non-prosecution. After hearing and considering the fact that on the date, when case was called out, learned counsel for the petitioner was out of station, the Court is satisfied with the reasons for nonappearance.
