2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that despite there being order in their favour, the authorities are not permitting them to join. He submitted that the writ

3. Learned counsel for the State has also filed counter affidavit but does not oppose the prayer of the petitioners.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If such representation is filed before the respondent no. 6 within four weeks from today, he shall consider and dispose off the same on merits by passing a reasoned order within four weeks thereafter.
