JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. According to the petitioner, his father who was working in Narayani Kanya Higher Secondary School, Patna City, Patna as Assistant Teacher died on 13.03.2016. The petitioner claims that he has filed an application which was duly forwarded by Principal of the school on 15.06.2016 to the District Education Officer, Patna (Annexure 6), however, no decision has been communicated to him as yet.
