Learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

Permission is accorded.

In the event, if the petitioner surrenders on or before 06.12.2022, the learned trial court shall dispose of the case on the same day, keeping in mind that only 10 liters of liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the house of Shivjee Sahni which is a meagre quantity and petitioner being his son came to be implicated and also that Shivjee Sahni has been enlarged on regular bail.
