Petitioner is not named in the first information report but subsequently, he along with some other co-accused was arrested from a vehicle and idols were recovered from the said vehicle. The other accused, having more or less similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in Nokha P.S.
