The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR named persons allegedly took the deceased on the pretext of payment of due money and thereafter dead body of Ajit Kumar was found.

Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He has got no criminal antecedent. Only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused before the police.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial

Case No.252 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
