The Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 535 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In view of the fact that there is prima facie case against this petitioner of being involved in the smuggling of liquor, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
