2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) the issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondents for not

Patna High Court CWJC No.11433 of 2023(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 made acquisition to self acquired / purchased land of the petitioner and others bearing Khata No. 151, Khesra No. 5609 situated under the Revenue Village- Karn Kudaria in the Mashrakh Circle of Saran district for construction of Check Post under the Department of Prohibition, Excise and Registration, Government of Bihar;

(ii) directing the respondents to maintain the mandate of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and resettlement act, 2013 as well as also follow the guidelines formulated by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms captioned under D.L.A. Policy 10/91-987 dated 30.05.1991.

3. After some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be approaching the concerned Court for the redressal of his grievance.
