JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2017 There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner wants re-evaluation of her answer sheets of 9th paper of third semester of M. Sc. Biotechnology examination, held by the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. The ground, which has been taken in the writ application, is that her score is not commensurate with her performance in the said paper. It also appears that the petitioner has approached the Officer On Special Duty (Examination) of the University in this regard.

Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, I dispose of this application with an observation that if the petitioner files fresh representation before the Controller
