Perusal of the learned Single Judge order dated 09.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 1750 of 2017, the learned Single Judge has not set aside the compulsory retirement order so as to extend notional benefits. That apart, the appellant has not sought for quashing of the compulsory retirement order to seek further service and

2. In the absence of quashing of compulsory retirement punishment on account of appellant's conviction, the appellant is not entitled to any relief subsequent to 06.11.2001, the date on which he was retired compulsorily on account of conviction. Therefore, the appellant has not made out a case to interfere with the order of the learned single judge dated 09.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 1750 of 2017. Accordingly, the present LPA No. 800 of 2019 stands disposed of, reserving liberty to file civil review petition in CWJC No. 1750 of 2017. (P. B. Bajanthri, J) (S. B. Pd. Singh, J) GAURAV S./- U
