JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and both parties lodged cases against each others. Furthermore, it would appear that both parties sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. However, there is allegation against this petitioner that he gave farsa blow to the informant, causing head injury to injured, Ahmad Hussain, who sustained hair fracture injury on his head, which appears to be grievous in nature.

Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42760 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chauratwa P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran.
