Case No.244 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18786 of 2016(9) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 2015 and 245 of 2015, but as the matter was sub-judice before this Court in CWJC No.18166 of 2015, proceedings for removal of encroachments were kept in abeyance. We are informed that said CWJC No.18166 of 2015 has been disposed of on 13.02.2017 and therefore, the authorities now should proceed to remove the encroachments in accordance with law and to ensure that the encroachments are removed within a period of six months.
