The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and 17 Criminal Law Amendment Act.

One loaded countrymade pistol and cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that he is in jail since 9.2.2015.

The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41907 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015.
