Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.07.2016 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna, as contained in Annexure-5 whereby and whereunder ignoring the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 6919 of 2014 and without considering the police report, the claim of the petitioner has been rejected with regard to grant of arms licence of Rifle.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.15408 of 2016 dt.08-12-2016 petition can be allowed in terms of the decision dated 22.11.2016 of this Court rendered in CWJC No. 12159 of 2016. Accordingly, this writ application also stands allowed in terms thereof and the impugned order dated 23.07.2016 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna, as contained in Annexure-5 is quashed and set aside.
