The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.47 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Taking into consideration the statement made under section 164 Cr.P.C. by the prosecutrix, who states that no untoward incident had caused, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down
