The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation that the petitioner enticed his minor daughter, but the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. disclosed that while she was going to school her bicycle got punctured. The petitioner came, she ate something and became senseless. When she got consciousness she found herself at Patna Railway Station and the petitioner was also there. Father of the petitioner brought her to the police station. The victim did not make any sorts of allegation of kidnapping against the petitioner.
